Mission Statement

NC Choices for Youth is a not-for-profit educational organization that:

  • Helps young people find civilian opportunities for service, adventure,
     training and jobs

  • Works to dispel myths and misinformation about joining the military

  • Challenges young people to consider whether participation in war
     would be consistent with their deepest beliefs

  • Gives guidance for documenting conscientious objection to military service.
